FALL CLASSIC

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:​
 
8:00 AM Volunteers Arrive at High School, finish 2PM.​


Finish Line and Tents Set Up – help set up finish area, erect finish line scaffolding and set up tents


Bib # Distribution – check-In pre-registered entrants. Work completed by noon

Walk Up Registration – take registration forms and fees. Work completed by noon

Cap Distribution – distribute caps to entrants. Work completed by noon

Course Marshals – help finalize finish line area, direct parking of cars and then once races start, direct runners along course and stop errant drivers who may motor onto the course during the race.​ Work completed by 1:00 PM. 

Refreshments Distribution – help set up and distribute refreshments to runners/walkers. Work completed by 1:30 PM.

Without your help as a volunteer, the event cannot succeed.
